I’m happy to work with people on custom orders and personalisation. Please get in touch to discuss.

What is your returns policy?

Dried flowers are perishable and fragile; natural differences can be expected against product listings and these products will change and deteriorate over time so, because of this, I am not able to offer refunds or replacements once flowers have been used, untied or stored for any period of time. Please notify me within 14 days if there is a problem with your order.

Items must be returned in the condition they were sent out in.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, I will happily replace or refund on receipt of photographs, please photograph both the packaging and the item.

Orders returned to us undelivered will be refunded minus a £4 P&P charge. If I have to resend the item, the buyer is responsible for the shipping/ packaging cost.

How will my item be packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping?

All our items are sent in rigid, partially recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes, with reinforcement if needed, along with recyclable packing paper to prevent movement in transit. Letterbox flowers are also wrapped in a tough, water-resistant paper mailing envelope.

We also offer gift wrap and gift cards if required!

What are your sustainability policies?

Lytton Rose Botanical prides itself on being a responsible and sustainable business and I am constantly trying to look at ways to be even more eco friendly!

I avoid many of the harmful materials that florists have traditionally used, such as floral foam and glitter. Our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable.

The majority of my dried flowers can be composted or put in your garden waste bin.

I use a very limited amount of bleached and dyed material, avoiding those items wherever I can.

I also try to support UK flower farms and source a large proportion of my flowers from British growers/driers.

I source any wood (aside from driftwood) from sustainably managed coppices in Leicestershire and Somerset.

Foraged materials used are gathered in accordance with the BSBI’s guidelines.

Will my item look the same as the listing?

We take care to try and be accurate with our listings. Dried flowers and leaves are natural products and they have natural variations in colour, size & shape. Wooden bases are clean but may still have small areas of lichen, bark textures, dried buds etc. This is part of their beauty and charm.

I can’t account for individual monitor settings and phone screens in terms of colour so there may be slight differences in tone.

Flowers, foliage and wood are seasonal products. Sometimes stocks of materials can run low. If this happens I will substitute with something of a similar value and look.

Please be sure to check the dimensions given in the listing as well as my photos, photographs do not always give an accurate impression of size.

Get I get an item shipped to the US, Europe and Overseas?

Unfortunately, I can only ship within the UK and to Isle of Man at the moment due to customs rules around shipping plant materials.

How long do your items last for?

Dried flowers are often referred to as “everlastings” because well cared for they last anywhere from a few months up to a year or so! If you order, care instructions will be sent along with your item which will help you to keep your flowers looking beautiful for as long as possible.

When will my order arrive?

Most of my items are made to order and therefore a lead time is needed for me to make your beautiful flowers! I make my products to order so I can ensure great quality. The lead time on each order varies but you can find out when your item is due to dispatch by checking out your confirmation email.

If your item is showing as dispatched, but you don’t have it yet, it may be the item has been delayed in the mail. Royal Mail state an item is classed as lost 10 days after the expected delivery date. If your item has not arrived by this point in time or is too late due to a delay, I will be happy to help resolve the issue for you.

Do you offer raffle prizes, coupons or discounts?

As a really small business, we aren’t able to absorb the cost of offering raffle prizes ad hoc, so we carefully plan donations to charities during the year instead.

I also aim to make our prices fair all year round, so that people who pay full price aren’t paying extra to compensate the folks who get a discount later so I don’t tend to run sales often.

I offer coupon codes rarely and when I do, it’s usually only meant for a specific individual. I don’t provide coupon codes on request.
