FAQS

Do you accept custom and personalised orders?

I'm happy to work with people on custom orders and personalisation. Please get in touch to discuss.

What is your returns policy if I change my mind or an item is returned undelivered?

If you have a change of heart, I accept returns of undamaged dried flowers within 7 days of delivery. Please note that dried flowers are perishable and usually non-refundable, so any returns are accepted as a goodwill gesture only. Dried flower products will not be eligible for a refund if used, untied, or stored for any period beyond 7 days.

To request a return, provide a photo of the packaging and item to show the condition. Refunds for personalised items will exclude the cost of personalisation.

Buyers are responsible for new delivery fees for undelivered returns. Any refund for a forced return will be subject to a 50% deduction to cover material costs (as they often do not arrive back to me quickly enough to be resold).

How will my item be packaged? Do you offer gift wrapping?

All my items are sent in rigid, partially recycled and recyclable cardboard boxes with reinforcement where needed. Recyclable packing paper or tissue is used to prevent movement in transit. Letterbox flowers are also wrapped in a tough, eco, water-resistant paper mailing envelope.

I happily offer gift wrap and gift cards if required! Add to your cart from our shop or select the option at checkout.

What are your sustainability policies?

I pride myself on running a sustainable business and I am constantly trying to look at ways to be more eco friendly!

I use traditional flower arranging methods and avoid floral foam.

My packaging is plastic-free and recyclable, we reuse packing paper from suppliers where possible rather than using new void fill every time.

The majority of the dried flowers can be composted. I use a limited amount of bleached and dyed material, avoiding those items wherever I can.

I support UK flower farms and source a large proportion of my flowers from British growers/driers and source my wood from sustainably managed coppices in Leicestershire and Somerset.

Finally, any foraged materials used are gathered in accordance with the BSBI’s guidelines.

Will my item look the same as the listing?

I take care to try and be accurate with our listings. Dried flowers and leaves are natural products and they have natural variation in colour, size & shape. Wooden bases are clean but may still have small areas of lichen, bark textures, dried buds etc. This is part of their beauty and charm.

I can't account for individual monitor settings and phone screens in terms of colour so there may be slight differences in tone.

Flowers, foliage and wood are seasonal products. Sometimes stocks of materials can run low. If this happens I will substitute with something of a similar value and look.

Please be sure to check the dimensions given in the listing as well as my photos, photographs do not always give an accurate impression of size.

Get I get an item shipped to the US, Europe and Overseas?

Unfortunately, I can only ship within the UK (including NI) and to Isle of Man at the moment due to customs rules around shipping plant materials.

How long do your items last for?

Dried flowers are often referred to as "everlastings" because well cared for they last anywhere from a few months up to a year or so! If you order, care instructions will be sent along with your item which will help you to keep your flowers looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Can I order my wedding flowers from you?

I'm offer lots of matching wedding items for the designs in my store but if you cannot find what you need I am able to offer bridal sized bouquets, buttonholes, corsage, table decor and matching hair combs for any of the bouquets on offer in my store at similar rates to other bridal bouquets/combs in my store.

If you would like a bespoke or custom bridal package designed just for you please get in touch! My minimum order for bespoke bridal work is £250.

Where is my order?

Most of my items are made to order and therefore a lead time is needed for me to make your beautiful flowers! I make my products to order so I can ensure great quality. The lead time on each order varies but you can find out when your item is due to dispatch by checking out your confirmation email.

Do you offer raffle prizes, coupons or discounts?

As a really small business, I am not able to absorb the cost of offering raffle prizes ad hoc and instead donate to set charities during the year.

I also aim to make our prices fair all year round, so that people who pay full price aren't paying extra to compensate the folks who get a discount later so I don't tend to run sales often.

We do not offer coupon codes on request and any coupon codes which are sent are not transferable. Orders using coupon codes scraped from coupon bots will be cancelled.
